Shipping policy

1. We only ship orders in Egypt. No orders placed from outside the country will be honored at the moment .
2. Once you place the order, your order will usually be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
3. After dispatch, shipment will usually be delivered within 6 days, depending on pin codes. The delivery time may vary slightly from state to state.

5. Delivery charges are calculated before you make the final payment for the purchases or in case of Cash on Delivery, before the order is confirmed. 
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all products subjected to availability, promotions and delivery destinations.
7. If the shipment is tampered with, please do not accept it.
8. We are not responsible if delivery is delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address and contact details or delay caused by third party shipping provider or for any other reason beyond its control.
9. If the order is updated as delivered but the user has not received the order, the same must be intimidated via call or email within 24 hours of the delivery intimation. 
10. Products with a date of expiration of below 3 months would be eligible for a return, wherein, the complete amount paid for the product will be credited to the concerned person.
